{ starting fresh – day 1 }


Happy Monday!  Today is the start of our new { healthy } life!  No more cheese fries and large Dr. Pepper (cough *Ben*)!  We want to be { healthy } parents for our son and for us!  So this is work in progress.  As I sit here wrapping up my work day, I thought it would be a good time to share what has worked for the day so far!  An extensive amount of planning went into planning today and the next few weeks!  planningI wanted my workouts planned so there is no thinking about it!  As my sweet husband mentioned in the very first blog post, I am training for a half marathon!! **insert extremely happy face here** We have about 8 weeks to go and we are up to 8 miles on the long runs!  Never in my life thought I would run this much!  I’ll share my inspiration behind running another day!  I will also work on linking and sharing some recipes!  Oh and another post coming soon about the bet we took out on ourselves! EEK!

Out for now!  Ready for P90X day 1!
